The oldest of all Observers, Seventh's real name is long forgotten, and her original Stand was Wildhearts. The realization that she was looping drove her to drastic measures. Punished for cheating the system, she was imprisoned for tens of thousands of years by the Creator. After being allowed to roam free for a while, she became a permanent resident of the Ghost House, and eventually took the place of Overseer herself...

Physical Desciption

Standing at 5 feet and 3 inches, Seventh has long black hair and bright red eyes. She's usually dressed in a standard issue gakuran except when she remodels said gakuran into cute dresses. Her hair was originally blonde, however she dyed it and has since never been seen with hair of any other color.

As Overseer, Seventh stands at around 5 feet and 8 inches. Her black hair now reach just above her ankles, while her eyes have only become the brightest of reds. She is often seen in warm colors or white.

Personality

Warm and social, Seventh is a cheerful and talkative girl. A loyal and devoted friend, she loves to fuss over others and has a strong sense of obligation and duty. Due to her thousands of years of isolation, she can sometimes become melancholy, but such moments tend to pass quickly. She also has a tendency to try to act tough and treat others roughly, especially when angered, but this quickly gives way to her sweeter nature.

Background

Nanami Shimizu, nicknamed Seventh, was an ordinary high school student. On the last day of school before summer vacation of her senior year, her computer began to talk to her and she acquired a Stand. Once upon a time, it was Red Garland. Then it was Wildhearts, the Stand dearest to her heart and closest to her.

But each time she received a Stand, she joined two of her classmates on a trip to Egypt to kill a hundred year old vampire and rescue the mother of one of said classmates. Each time, she saw the journey through. Many times, her friends died, but she returned to Japan anyway. Sometimes she joined the vampire and stayed at his side for years. Sometimes she stayed in Egypt with a former enemy. Once, she married her surviving classmate.

Each time, there was something to regret.

One morning, on the last day of school before summer vacation, she woke up and remembered everything. She realized then that with the rewinding of time again and again, her friends could never have a future, that they were doomed to return with her again again. So she told herself, “Fuck fate”, and the Stand she received this time was Carpenters.

As before, she found herself traveling to Egypt, but this time she did everything she could to save everyone.

Once again, she failed.

When she woke up again, she remembered everything, and she knew exactly what to do.

This time, she succeeded. She saved all her friends, and as many as she could. At the end of this journey, she entered Dio's mansion alone and defeated him and his followers, then she struck a deal with the vampire Vins.

She would hand over Dio’s journal willingly, in exchange, Vins was to take her life. An unprogrammed ending to the Universe's will, the Universe would have turned time back once more, but the new world would be without her. The Universe would never activate again. Her friends would have their future.

But she didn't die.

This way of destroying the looping was, in the eyes of the Overseer, the Creator, cheating.

Thus, Seventh continued to live on in “the Observer’s World” as punishment. Her body was frozen in time, and she had only her Stand as company. She passed time observing what she believed to be the new world continue on without her. Stripped of her real name and original identity, all she knew was the neverending turning of this world.

Unknown to Seventh is that she is not actually observing the world she created. Instead, she is observing the original timeline that Steel, Alicia, Berlin, and Vins originated from, that is, the original Jojo timeline. The timeline she created has, in fact, a new Seventh in it, looping once again and with no access to the ghost house.

For thousands of years, she lived like this. The Creator visited her often, at first to taunt her, but eventually he began to teach her all sorts of things. To what end remains unknown to her.

Then, one day, a door to the Ghost House appeared in the Observer World's core.
