Alastor Jäger :: God of Vengeance
Powers: Gets miraculously stronger when he wants to get revenge on somebody that wronged him. Though a young god, he has many connections and made friends with demons all over the universe; after befriending his comrades they shared their powers and he has now learned a large vocabulary of them ranging from weak and strong.
Weaknesses: He is extremely powerful and usually has a magic for every situation but seeing as he loves to fight up close with no real weapon he sometimes has a hard time dealing with ranged magic users if they can keep him at a distance. He also tends to go all out in the beginning of real fights and doesn't have the best stamina of other gods. If he doesn't have a reason to battle the person, he finds it a lot harder to go all in a fight.
Despite being so... Alastor, he actually likes avoids battles if he's able to. But, of course, he generally keeps that a secret.
Personality: Loud, obnoxious and a love for attention are usually the few words people would use to describe this God. Though that is what he shows the most, he has only just began to feel this open. Alastor normally is quite cautious, extremely intelligent and very aware of boundaries and when he can and can't break them. People may think he just breaks them anyways but he is usually doing it to get something he wants or information. Despite all the caution, sometimes if he's extra cocky he will mess around a little bit; he's a very playful person in the end of it all. Alastor can also be pretty dependant on others, clinging to them and overall very cat like.
Hides a darker side of himself behind all of the recent happy-go-lucky versions of himself; the loud and obnoxious him is not a lie but it's only now that he's comfortable that he can even begin to feel like that. Alastor had grown up in a deathly poor and slave ridden area. There was not a lot of time for him to be happy especially since he had his loving family killed and likely tortured in front of his eyes at a young age. In his dread and agony from being a useful slave, he grew extremely strong and developed a thick skin.
His need for revenge only growing with the passing hours as he and his friends were tortured and abused for their wants. But, Alastor was not stupid in the least, he formed a secret group of slaves and basically had started a rebellion, training in secret, practicing abilities and taking use of their masters wants as a way to get connections. Which lead to more and more until they escaped that hell with help of an outsider organisation. Alastor became a hero, a righteous leader and joined the military of the organisation that saved him. He had a lot of ups and downs at these times, later leaving his stature of general to his close friend and going to become stronger on his own. Now free of his tortures and strict responsibility, Alastor is a happy man living the life he always wanted.
This serious part of him still lives on but it is only for his thoughts, still has the habit of humming the depressing songs he learned as a child from his mother and father. He still can't find himself able to ever let go of the past, romance and love still a distant pleasure in his mind.
