sweet little bubbly girl who likes to match her friends energy, following charmander and squirtle on their silly little adventures. She acts very tough when shes with them, as squirtle and charmander are very competitive and daring, thus making her follow along and join them, but shes not a very competitive person herself. Shes brave though and isn't scared of a lot which leads to funny situations where the ever so confident charmander and squirtle hide behind her while pretending they're not as nervous as they truly are. as they evolve and get older squirtle and charmander gain more confidence and often end up in front of bulbasaur, protecting her, but bulba makes sure to remind them of how they were when they were younger, effectively embarrassing them. (She also doesn't mention to them how she'd be able to hold her own easily against threats, not needing protection as she doesnt mind sitting back, letting them handle whatever threat is there in favour of continuing what she was doing.)
