Born of earth and sky descendance April has had the pleasure of enjoying both worlds over the extent of her fillyhood. However, she's far bigger than most pegasus which makes it harder to be airborne; or take a graceful landing. Her genes were taken from her father, a Clydesdale who by most accounts used size to his advantage. Unfortunately the same could not be said for poor April as she became the target of relentless bullying, even her own sister couldn't help but poke fun at her clumsy flying. This eventually pushed April to move to Ponyvile, where she opened her own flower shop and became more in touch with the lands her mother spoke so highly of. She's very much a loner, and keeps her circles and conversations small. The only pony who's been able to earn her friendship is Zecora, a regular that often visits in need of herbs for her potions.
