Yurisa was born in 8 BM, and received her blessing at the age of 7. Shortly after she was blessed, she was heading over to the library when she ran into Harumi Muroka. Harumi started talking to her as if she had known Yurisa for years, shocking her, as she had never talked to anyone prior to this. This was the event that marked the beginning of Yurisa's crush on Harumi, though it was originally based around hero worship. As Yurisa grew older, she eventually became the librarian of the local library, and her crush on Harumi became more apparent. The town grew as well, causing a flood of tourists to arrive, causing Yurisa to slowly revert back to how she was prior to meeting Harumi, as she wasn't used to seeing all the visitors. However, as she watched Harumi entertain the visitors, she decided she wanted to join her crush during the festivals. While she is still quiet and shy, when she starts to sing, she shows a different side of her personality.
