Morta

Morta is an anthropomorphic tabby cat. She "obtains" valuable possessions by digging up graves. It's not wrong if they're already dead...right?

It’s not as easy as Morta makes it seem, though. Sometimes, the corpses she finds underneath the ground aren’t fully dead–zombies are fiercely protective creatures even when their brains are rotten, and Morta ended up with damage to her right eye and her tail. She wears an eyepatch and a bandage to cover each individual injury, keeping them hidden from view.

Many have called her a magpie due to her tastes–sometimes, Morta doesn't sell all her findings, keeping a couple of them for her personal collection for only her to admire. Necklaces, crystals; anything that shines.

Not everything is good for her, though. In her countless adventures and "work trips", Morta faces extreme danger–and not only her tail and eye have suffered. A werecat curse spread through her veins, transforming her into an extremely vicious version of herself whenever a full moon shines in the sky; two saber-like canine fangs grow, protruding from her mouth, her eye turns red, and her height increases to nearly 9ft.

To say that it's hard to control would be an understatement. Morta has no memories of these episodes, turning into an aggressive creature who will strike with no hesitation. There is currently no cure for her condition, but she tries to handle it as best she can.
