Hua Lifen

Likes: Poms, and collecting them, her significant other, gardening and the arts. Performing for people, being able to make others smile. Recently the colour gold, yet red is still striking to her, training in hand-to-hand combat with Sören.
Dislikes: Destroying worlds, bitter tasting food, being forced in to choices, immobility.
Hobbies: Learning new things, pottery and dance, teasing her kouhai.

      ✖ Very open and warm-hearted, to everyone.
      ✖ Affectionate and motherly, yet, shy at first meeting.
      ✖ Emotionally split between the choices made for her as a horsewoman. Does not like Apocalypse.

Quiet, yet bold ❀ Since coming to the Lost Clans, and then some, Lifen has grown from the meek and quiet horsewoman who stumbled back in to the world. She still holds many faces, as a performer, but now she has the ability to use those skills to get what she wants. She is a force to behold, when needed, but knows when to keep to herself. She walks with her head held high.

Sensitive, but can take her hits ❀ As she's grown, Lifen has learnt that not everyone is like Lifen, or Conquest as is. She has been trained how to steel herself from the opinions of others (whether she knows it or not), and will roll with the hits as they go. Not everything is the end of the world.

Noble and Strong ❀ From her experience as the Gold Queen, and Golden - the healer - she has learnt what it is to be a supporter and leader of others. She's learnt to pick her battles and the rise and fall of alliances and boundaries, and knows whom is her friend, and whom is not.

Moved by Music ❀ As an artisan, she constantly dabbled in the arts of music and dance - taking it upon herself to learn as much as she could before the sudden demise of her culture. Although now is not the time, she will not say no to a request, the very act calming and soothing her - with it, a hope that she can instill some calm to those around her.

Nimble, also loves a challenge ❀ Having taken towards the arts as a youth, she has grown lithe and nimble with her fingers, years of conditioning in the works of the artist, she is known to do things in increasing difficulty with every piece she creates, finding a new layer of challenge in what she does. She wouldn't admit it, being such an quiet girl, but her passion for her work burns deep in her, and she will work for the accomplishing feeling of finishing something in detail.

A Deep Ache ❀ Like some her fellow horsemen and women, Lifen is affected by the Insanity, almost like an wound constantly reopened by the loss of her beloved homeland, aggitated by everything around her. The normally stoic and collected artisan sometimes loses herself to the degeneration, sometimes to the point where it cracks her very persona, leaving her a wilted mess, or just angry, yelling and fighting the sounds and whispers she cannot understand.

History     
Raised as the second daughter of a Scholar mother and Artisan father, Lifen was taught both the joys of the arts and learning, and became the only daughter of five to follow her father's footsteps in to the world of music and dance. From her humble beginnings, she befriended a little Nobleman by the name of Mengyao Miao, and spent most of her childhood balancing learning the arts, training in the role of a horsewoman of the apocalypse, and making sure her childhood friend didn't do anything that would be considered dishonourable. (Luckily he'd listen to her.)

Due to circumstances out of her own control, she lost her family and her home, due to a near-apocalyptic event of her own home - when the dust was settled, all she had left was her childhood friend, and, now that time has passed, at least two sisters and a fair amount of friends remaining from the Lost Clans of the Horsemen. 

During her time at Halloween town, and then some, she has experienced much change - some that was heart-wrenching, other that made her joyous beyond belief. She is currently with Mengyao, romantically, and is considered a matriarch of a sort, due to her experience as a Queen/Empress.

Although she did not have an Alternate-Ego, like many others, Lifen was the Empress of the Gold Kindom of Edric, and considers it something she will take with her forever. She did, also, temporarily have an alter-ego of Golden, a healer-class woman in a large Alice In Wonderland inspired MMORPG world, in which she used her skills as a fist fighter to help many with their issues.
