G'rs'art

A high dragon and member in good standing of the Dragon King's court. G'rs'art's home is an airpocket cavern near the Tallibrae Current - he uses the powerful current to sweep his draining aura across a much larger "area" than he naturally could, and draws orca and lesser sea-serpents using mind magic to supplement his diet. His predation on the local sealife is sufficient to have created the bone-sand beaches at the foot of the dagger cliffs of Renan. While he is immensely old, his drain-field stopped growing some centuries ago, after consulting with a certain kitsune empress. This has led to the coral around his home to build up over the past century - resulting in his cave being fairly famous for having a "coral castle wall" - something he takes pleasure in, at a safe distance. Divers are free to look, but damaging the coral by touching it is likely to get you mind-controlled and eaten in turn.
