Equinolstise is very cunning and mischievous. She loves figuring out other's secrets just to make them uncomfortable, and to use them for blackmail. Although she loves secrets, she is not a huge fan of gossip, and even though she will threaten to tell the secret, she rarely follows through with her threats. She also loves designing elaborate pranks to scare and surprise others. She absolutely loves birds and lets them sit on her branch-like wings. She never forgets to bring food for her feathered friends, always having a package of birdseed or two with her at all times.

Because her wings change with the season, she is almost completely unable to fly during winter due to the lack of feathers(her leaves). She is however able to fly in all of the other seasons fine, with summer being the best season. Her hat can be used to hold and capture things, including living creatures. If something is being kept in her hat, the object can be seen on the picture on her hat. She uses this trick to hold food for woodland creatures, especially birds.
