- DO NOT SELL MORE THAN CHARACTER IS WORTH. Please keep a history of art worth in profile to help explain why character is worth more than it was sold for preciously. Ex : character sold for 25$ and reselling for 100$ with no extra art added. - IN OWNERSHIP TAB when selling or trading character, please put reason of why character ownership is being transferred. Ex : character sold for 25$ - when trading character, you can resell or trade character. Do not put your own tos limiting rights to Be sold again or traded again. Pings are OK. Ex : traded character so, now it’s worth more because I traded my character that has more value. I Traded character, it has to be traded back to me and cannot be sold or traded to anyone else. Again, PINGS ARE OK IF THEY ASK. - YOU MAY make edits on my design, redraw edits on MY art, but does not increase value for edits made or added on my art. Ex : drew longer hair, added more items on ref. Do not draw more items such as adding clothing ex on my art that isn’t a reference sheet. Adding hair and piercings on my art that isn’t my ref art is OK. You may message me to ask questions if you need to (: ALSO if the person who traded or sold the design to you has something that they do not want to be used, THAT ONLY THEM HAS ADDED, they have the right to restrict you from using again. It’s what they have drawn, added backstories, naming etc. anything THEY have created. - if you have a person on YOUR blacklist such as can’t buy designs from you or blocked for any reason, they can still own my designs! They can be sold to traded to said blacklisted person. As long as they aren’t on my blacklist. - my inbox is always open if you have questions regarding anything!
