Astrid is a firework of a person, both in personality and achievements. She is incredibly bright and open about her thougts and feelings, never being able to keep secrets - even other peoples' secrets. The girl is always prepared to do something great and really enjoys showing off her skills. Although young, she has many aspirations; taking over her mother's real estate empire once she's old enough is the main one, though. She's not exactly the smartest person you'd ever meet, but don't let that fool you. There are times when Astrid has a burst of intelligence and baffles even the teachers with her cleverness. She's very confident and loves herself, even though she acknowledges her flaws.
The two girls are very similar in the fact that they're both quite wealthy, although they don't always get along because of how loud Astrid is. Livie is, in fact, wealthier than Astrid, to Astrid's reluctant admittance.
The two get along fairly well due to their confident, excitable personalities and often find themselves talking during lunch periods or in between classes. Avery is one of the only people who Astrid doesn't feel like she bothers.
