Maria is a dumbass alcoholic who works as a bartender who also happens to be Charlie's roommate. Maria is fluent in English, Spanish, and Spamish. She's excellent and skillful in all things alcohol and normally keeps a section of the fridge stocked with beer.

While sober Maria is somewhat friendly and to the point. She mainly keeps to herself unless approached, normally never initiating contact. She makes an exception to those she gets along with well or sees as someone close to herself, as well as Charlie's friends. Maria can come off quiet frightening towards any unsuspecting person when she smiles, as each of her teeth are pointed and rather sharp which isn't standard for bunny-like critters. Maria will become extremely extroverted when buzzed: will say praises towards friends she often thinks and keeps to herself. She becomes overly flirtatious with Charlie, more often than not holding onto him until he decides to pick her up.

Maria is extremely nimble and has a HIGH tolerance to alcohol compared to the average person. She can leap high and reach most hard to reach places on her own. Maria has extremely sharp teeth, much like a shark's, and will not hesitate to chomp down on someone harassing her or her friends.
Negative Trait
Maria has major trouble putting down the bottle once she's in way, way, way too deep and will continue drinking until she either knocks out or is stopped by someone she knows. This is easily identified as her eyes become swirls and she will get hot in the face. In these instances Charlie or Pim are normally the ones who'd ease her off.

Backstory · · ·
Maria grew up in Mexico and lived in Spamtopia for a year before moving to the United States. She took up a job bartending and as a result meeting Charlie as he'd come to have a drink after a difficult day at work.
They clicked well pretty quickly and overtime of getting to know one another better, they eventually hung out outside the bar, which eventually leading to the idea of them rooming together to save money.

Maria is romantically interested in Charlie.
Maria considers Charlie as her go-to person. Charlie will often invite Maria to gatherings or will take her as his plus one when applicable. They see each other as an outlet and a safe space to ventalate their work or personal problems. Maria will often help in getting Charlie out of trouble even if she isn't always successful. When buzzed becomes overly flirtatious with Charlie, more often than not holding onto him until he decides to pick her up. Maria tries not to acknowledge her feelings for him too much otherwise over the sake of keeping the peace.
