Plague Rat (nfs/nft)

Plague rat is something of a mystery. No one knows who he is or where he came from it’s almost as if he came from a different world altogether. 

Aside from that he hardly talks but if he does it in a low deep voice. He never sounds like he has any emotion which can be scary, he works alongside Julian and the other doctors/researchers and shows no signs of empathy for those who suffer.

He also seeks out to cure some sort of “disease” he thinks is plaguing some of the test subjects. So after the testing Monarch let’s him do whatever his sick twisted mind wants to with them even if they’re alive or not.

Often times loud shrieking can be heard from his room.  With heavy smells of blood, often times than not he always has blood on him.
