-Tikba is a part of the crew on The Night Sky. She helps keep the ship running by maintaining the computers, keeping watch, and other odd jobs. Nobody really knows what exactly she does, but they know if she wasn't there, things would not be running so smoothly. She also acts as the ship's resident ghost and cryptid, scaring everyone, mostly unintentionally with her ghostly form. She's a mystery for sure.

-Tikba is from an ice planet that is uninhabitable to most other life forms. The species there, known in common as Corpalia Wraiths, or Corpalians, do not have a solid form. They have evolved to survive without a true body so that they can survive the extreme cold. They get their sustenance by attaching their essence to other living things, such as plants, animals, and even other humanoid species, and leeching out the nutrients to fuel their body, much in the same way that other species would eat. They can catch live prey, but it's much harder to do the larger the prey is, due to it struggling and breaking free before it's killed.

-They can also use this ability as a form of offense or defense, or just to interact with other species. They can take a living or formerly living thing and "posess" it and form a sort of shell around their bodies. Those living on other planets will often do this to blend in and interact better. They can also sometimes inhabit machines if they're strong enough, but it's very unnatural and uncomfortable. But if they blend their essence for a short period with the code of the machine, they can essentially become an advanced AI.

-Corpalians can only be "born" if enough other Corpalians come together and donate some of their life essence, enough to form a new Corpalian. 

-Their language consists mostly of shrieks and groans that sound similar to a "pterodactyl screech". Because of this, Earthlings have nicknamed the species "banshees" due to their etheral form and way of speaking

-Not much else is known about the species. They keep traditions and interactions very secretive, and they do not have a way to speak other languages, so their method of communication only works with others of the species or the rare few who know the language and can reproduce the sounds. 

-Tikba is one of the few Corpralians living outside her homeworld. She was captured and taken into custody by a species curious about hers, not knowing (or caring) that they were sentient beings. They wanted to experiment with these "energy clouds" and see if they could be harnessed for energy or something. Tikba was saved when Lazarus and the crew of The Night Sky raided the ship she was on, and while Lazarus has no qualms about taking people prisoner, he recognized that Tikba was sentient, and did not deserve her current fate. The crew got to know her and earned her trust, and she decided to stay with them and help.  She is most loyal to Lazarus, though, and if she thinks someone is plotting against him or would harm him in any way, she would gladly kill for him. 

- Pumpkin Soup is one of Lazarus's favorite meals, so they have a greenhouse that houses not only pumpkins, but other plants as well. Tikba will sometimes take the discarded pumpkin shells and use them to form a body so she can interact with things better on the ship. The first time Lazarus saw her with a pumpkin shell, he freaked out and thought he had eaten bad pumpkin soup and was hallucinating that the pumpkins were now after him for revenge. It put him off the soup for a week.
