Lavender

Small TLDR: Lavender, or Lav, is a human turned Pokemon in the explorers of sky game. She originally showed up on the beach as a shinx but evolved during a fight with Team Skull in Applewoods. Her story follows the game timeline up until the Applewoods encounter with Skunktank and his lackeys. While her best friend, and team mate was knocked out by the gas, she put her bandana over her nose in time. Though the fight didnt end well since it was a 3v1. She was able to knock out 2 of them before Skunktank flung her against the tree, making her pass out. But she still ended up evolving. Lav's bandana is made from her and Scooter's(team mate). They both decided to cut up parts of them and put them together. 

Personality: Lav is the relaxed but energetic type despite her usual lack of sleep. You can always find her being happy and social with other Pokemon in the guild/town. Though can be moody if she goes a few days without sleep, often isolating herself to her room at the guild, or not letting anyone into the cave at Sharkbluff. She loves to play pranks in the form of small shocks caused by rubbing her front paws together.
