All personal character rights are granted upon purchasing this character. Commercial rights must be bought at twice (x2) the original price. Attribution to this original character design is not required in personal contexts. 

 Changing minor design aspects of this design is acceptable such as minor color changes, gender changes/gender swapping, and additions or subtractions of accessories. However, major design changes that alter the character's overall appearance must be credited to the designer/artist who created the new design.
When an offer is accepted, the client is granted reselling, trading, and gifting rights. This character may not be resold without art additions at a higher price.
