Often confused for a succubus due to his lewd and flirtatious personality, Fenny Red is actually one of the Devil's right hand Hellhounds putting him almost at the very top of the Hell Hierarchy. Does he abuse this power? Definitely. While Fenny is extremely stubborn and set in his ways, he does as he's told if directed by "Daddy Luci." Can't say the same thing for anyone else who tries to tell him what to do, though.
While Fenny appears to be small and semi-harmless, he has a very massive and threatening Hellhound form which he'll only use if he needs to. Aside from the actual feral form, Fenny also has horns and wings on his regular form that he usually hides. The pit of Fenny's stomach acts as a gate to hell.
