"the clone" is a clone produced by the Hegemony for testing of genetically made soldiers. scarred, almost flayed, pale skin lays upon his body. his right eye has polycoria. 

despite having the appearance of man, the conditions in which he lives his life have caused him to feel as if he is entirely beneath humans, and that the testing he has been subjected to, as well as eventually being forced to become a soldier within the faction, is simply his purpose in life.
