Wellsley is seen as polite, gentle and wise by his co-workers and peers. He is often calm in a stressful situation, capable of conjuring up solutions in minutes, and makes sure he knows the law inside out. He has earned himself the title Monsieur, a great reputation in Fontaine, and a high ranking place amongst the Maruchaussee Phantom, yet somehow those who know him best... see him as something completely different.

Wellsley is the son to Duke Wriothesley and Monsieur Neuvillette, although he doesn't like to share his heritage to most people, and for good reasons.

It has been some time since he has kept his cool in his own home. Often Monsieur Neuvillette is to see him in his bed weeping more often than normal.

Although Wellsley is Captain and is often committed to his job, he simply uses it as a form of escapism.

Over a year of trauma and continuous exploitation had forced him to become a person he would not be in private life, and now that justice has been dealt to those that have hurt him, he is no longer the person he thought he would be.

Summons an explosion of flora and fauna, dealing Dendro AOE DMG scaling off of his max HP. He summons 2 Springwater Flowers, in which he gains a Bond of Life upon absorbing. The more Bond of Life he absorbs, he will increase in DMG according to his max HP.

Wellsley's Elemental Skill also allows him to enter the 'Cross Examination' State.

Wellsley's 'Cross Examination' state allows for him to deal Dendro DMG scaling off of his max HP for 15 seconds. Upon using the elemental skill again, he is able to clear his Bond of Life as well as summoning Springwater Flowers.

Making use of his soverign powers, Wellsley deals Dendro AOE DMG when using his burst. He summons 5 Springwater Flowers when this burst is used, and will automatically place Wellsley into the 'Cross Examination' state if out of this state.
