Shriek Lothsum

Shriek lives in modern day Louisville, Kentucky. Under the alias "Samantha Cardigan",  no one has ever seen her out of her apartment. She pays her rent by mail, and all of her essentials are mailed at her doorstep- although some children claim she's a monsters with a tail, adults tend to play it off as imagination- she's one of the biggest rumor starting things in the apartment, and she doesn't mind. What does she do up there?
