The Basics
Summary
Piney, or Mr. Galloway, is a economically-minded Nucleosity. In the overgrown urban wasteland he calls home, he has every intention of wresting it under his control, and refining the tangled undergrowth in the name of progress. At least, that's what he tells himself...
Personality
Piney's a bit stern, a bit of a grump. Everything around him is wild, new, uncharted and fresh- everything he is not. Piney enjoys routine, consistency, maybe a good sudoku puzzle now and again (nevermind that the rules for sudoku have all but wasted away after two centuries of nuclear wasteland). He can be mean, but never cruel- he's soft-hearted, and can't bring himself to hurt anyone despite all of his huffing and puffing.
Story Info
Background
Piney keeps his background tucked away, but he's no new face to the wasteland. Those who knew him all that time ago might've seen him as a scammer, a trickster- intelligent and mathematical, but using his talents for petty crime. There's some talk of an underground gambling ring plastered with the Galloway name- but Piney has put that behind him.
Relationships...?
Cash is a name he'd rather forget. Piney's ex-business partner (more than that, though he'll deny it now) never sobered up like Piney, and an unspoken but dangerous past incident has led to their separation. Piney regrets it, and misses him terribly despite everything.

Piney can be drawn in any businesswear or cowboy attire, preferably in desaturated greens/blues, golds, and beiges!
Piney's design is loosely based on oil tycoons!
His hooves, tail, horns, inner ears, DNA vial, and non-mechanical arms drip black ooze!
