Backstory: Lily was born to two loving angel parents who ruled over one of the many levels of their heaven. Growing up Lily was told how demons were evil, ruthless creatures that could not be trusted but she never truly believed what anybody said to her. She didn't believe that any creature was evil and so she would often wonder what demons were really like and if she would ever get to meet any. 

When Lily turned 18 her parents decided it was time she visited the annual meet in purgatory between the demons and angels, this meeting would happen once a year and all demons and angels would meet together in the middle realm in a night of truce and they would discuss any outside threats or important events which may have occurred (such as the birth of a new heir to the throne of a level). It was during this first meeting that Lily met a demon boy, just one year older than her named Anti. At first she was hesitant of him as she was not entirely sure if what her family had said about demons were true, however when a group of demon boys tried to make advances on her and cornered her during the night, Anti stepped in and protected her, pulling the boys away and giving them a look that only a royal could give. After this they talked for a while and found that they were both very similar, they both hated the divide between both species and that they were both the next heirs to their family's thrones. 

Over some time they eventually started to date and ever since they have been destined mates, destined to be together despite their very obvious differences.
