Gwen

Gwen is a young, mischievous witch who lives in a swampy bog on the outskirts of society. She's very kind to wildlife and enjoys the company of animals, just as much as they enjoy her company. She's not afraid of any of them and enjoys hand feeding crocodiles and petting snapping turtles. However, she's very protective over her frogs and toads and will whack a predator over the head with her broom to keep them away from her dearests. When she goes into town she carries around a basket and a number of small frogs usually line her hat. The locals are pretty afraid of her but she's never genuinely mean to them; she's just a witch who enjoys playing pranks on people. While in town she usually buys a few things she can't get on her own and sometimes sells a few magic potions. She doesn't need to buy food, because she has a very prolific garden in the swamp, so healthy and fruitful some might say it's unnatural. Her house is a boggy shack that sits on stilts just above the water line, and she has a line of lily pads forming a path to the front door. Her hut is often grown over with vines and mushrooms, the latter of which softly glow at night. Her most prized possessions include her hat and her magic broom that she uses to ride on, clean with, and as a weapon - though granted, not a very dangerous one.
