► Convallaria [preferred host] - Abrus and Convallaria were both relatively young when they first met and formed their unique symbiosis. Although he can frequently be seen cradled in her arms or lapping at her blood in a way that makes him look like a nursing fawnling, he thinks of her in very much the same way that a vampire may think of their victim: she's a steady food source, and he doesn't mind keeping her alive and accomodating her requests as long as he has access to her blood.
► Redoul [tolerated host] - Abrus doesn't necessarily dislike Redoul, but he doesn't much like her either. In his eyes, they're a bit like co-workers: cooperating in order to maintain and protect the same holdings, but not under any obligation to find each other's company enjoyable.
