Evelina's Ownership

* RESELL/TRADE/GIFT:

You can resell the character and also gift/trade it, but, in case of resell, you only can do it for the same or lower price, keeping in mind that you can add the price of the extra art you have commissioned if the artist allow you that. I need to know who is the new owner, so, please, note me about it any time the ownership change, keeping in mind that, if you're the new owner instead the previous one, you need to give me a proof or evidence of how you get the adopt.

IMPORTANT: You only can resell if you have bought the adopt, 'cause traded adopts cannot be resold withouth my express permission and also, keep in mind that, if you have paid with points, you must wait 2 weeks until reselling/trading the adopt away, 'cause I must receive the payment to my PayPal from your points before you can rehome the adopt you have bought.

* COMMERCIAL USE:

My designs cannot be use for commercial work without my express permission, keeping in mind that commercial use can generate extra costs.

* CREDITS:

You have to credit me when you upload your adopt to your DevianArt, Sta.sh or Toyhou.se (xAnaCristinaMG) or any other WebSite as creator/designer and, if you commission my design, ask the artist to credit me for the design and you for owning the character, please, 'cause I love to see my creations draw by others.

IMPORTANT: Don't steal, trade or copy my designs and, if you're inspired by my adopts, please credit me as source of inspiration.
