About

Night-Guard, who's also known as 'NG' or 'Nigel.' is a mercenary that lives out of town in a samurai hut. Out in the wilderness he trains and practices samurai techniques. Occasionally, he helps out the police station when the Sheriff, Sahale, is in need of extra help. He doesn't talk much with the other policemen, but he sometimes speaks with Norman at times. Night-Guard moved out to the wilderness to get away from his mother Ice-Ceel and the rest of the family. His sister is Iowa, but the duo don't say much besides that there is too much arguing going on. Night-Guard likes his peace and quiet, he was a great change not having to listen to people yell and scream all the time. He wasn't one to make friends, so he enjoyed his lonely life. Within his imperial powers live a dragon aura, a powerful one at that. He trains to control it and to become stronger while trying to make sure it doesn't turn against him.

Sheriff Sahale

Sheriff Sahale usually comes to him about helping with the police force as there are things that they can't do without his help. Night-Guard usually agrees to help when he's not busy, plus he gets payed for helping out. He finds the missions amusing at times as it helps him try out the things that he had been practicing in his samurai hut occasionally. In the end though, Night-Guard refuses join the police rankings as he didn't feel like being a policeman is his forte. Luckily Sahale doesn't force the idea on him.

Ice-Ceel

Ice-Ceel is his mother who tends to be overall sass most of the time. She has so much self-confidence, Night-Guard thinks she might just burst like a balloon. He feels that she also fights too much with his uncle, Necro-Plazam and needs to calm down a bit. She probably is spoiled from all the attention that her parents, Solitude and Proycon give her... Though. Procyon isn't her biological dad. He will never understand that in the end. Night-Guard tried to tell Ice-Ceel he was moving out, but she was too busy with her sassiness at NP to realize what was going on so he just shrugged and left. It wasn't his problem after all.

Cadet Delcifer

Night-Guard spared with Delcifer when he found her waiting for him in the middle of the night in the forest. In reality, he thought she was the criminal that Sahale was looking for. In the end he was completely wrong. It was nice seeing another mercenary, a strong one at that. Delcifer was a lot older compared to Night-Guard and wasn't even a imperial oriental jader but yet she matched Night-Guard's swordsmanship. The duo got along and Night-Guard heard that she didn't have anywhere to go and was lost along with out of a job really. Night-Guard luckily asked Sahale if she could take the job that was offered to him which ended up with Delcifer now working in the police force. One day they promise to spare again when she became a real officer to see who is the true champ.

Captain Bridget

Bridget is the veteran of the police force and has been with Sahale for a long time. He usually relays some of Sahale's information to him if Sahale himself wasn't around. The duo don't really speak much to each other besides do anything business related. Night-Guard feels that Bridget is probably following police protocol and disallows himself to give any further private information to him without harming the investigations and missions which is fair.

Sergeant Norman

Sergeant Norman is a police officer that works closely with Night-Guard usually. They say little to one another but understand what each other is saying by their body language. Sahale usually asks them to look into missions that require both their unique expertise in. It is unknown whether or not Night-Guard knows that Norman is Iowa's son. Even so, Norman makes a great partner at times.

Iowa

Iowa is Night-Guard's older sister who he doesn't talk too much. The one biggest thing they agreed is that the family is a mess and moving out was going to be more healthy for them. The duo set off for their separate lives never really seeing each other after that. Occasionally, he sees her up late at the beach, staring out into it and sometimes painting. They speak little now and days in the end.

Necro-Plazam

Night-Guard thinks his uncle Necro-Plazam is the worse out of his family and wishes him to stop arguing with everyone. The guy has so much ego, he won't take people's criticism, even from his own children. Night-Guard got so annoyed and just left the household to be on his own after letting Ice-Ceel know. He could finally get some peace and quiet for once.

Blaze

Blaze is his go-to cousin when it comes to going places fast from the town to the wilderness. Since Night-Guard has no vehicle to travel usually, he stops at where Blaze works and asks for a ride to his mission location or to his home. Blaze sure does speed a lot, but Night-Guard doesn't care all too much. He feels Blaze is expressing his inner powers of speed like how Night-Guard is learning about his inner draconic powers. Luckily for Blaze, Night-Guard doesn't give him any tickets or tell Sahale he's been speeding again.

Solitude

Solitude is Night-Guard's grandmother who adores Night-Guard the most out of all her grandchildren. She believes Night-Guard is the perfection of her lineage, the perfect embodiment of Procyon and her power and skill. Though in the end Night-Guard doesn't care about being seen as a perfect embodiment. He thinks that Solitude has too much pride and needs to tone it down a bit and put more care into her family instead of having arguements with half of them.

Procyon

Proycon is Night-Guard grandfather that thinks Night-Guard is one of Ice-Ceel's best children she ever had. Night-Guard just stares at him like, what the hell you on about??? as he doesn't care much about the whole idea of the family being proud and powerful. He thinks that Procyon is strange as he isn't even the true father of Ice-Ceel. He just rolls his eyes about it.
