C reated as a subsection of the EON Project, diplodocus genetic code was synced by Dr. Nadia Farouk and merged with other herbivore dna. The idea of the ARD-000 genetic code was to create a large sauropod which could survive on the island alongside EON-000, and she succeded. Armed with defensive spikes and a whip-like tail, ARD-000 individuals are more than capable of holding their own against the island's apex predators.
In the aftermath of the EON Project and the fall of InGen Bio-Engineering, Ardent now roams free on Isla Malva. Due to his immense size and capable defenses, he is one of the last remaining large herbivores that remain on the island, and the last surviving ARD-000 specimen. GRM-001 (Ghost) and EON-000 (Aeon) are unwilling to challenge the gentle giant, and other predators are simply too small to even threaten Ardent.
