Ciel was born into a group of traveling Magicians, people from all corners of the world. His mother Persian and his father Romanian.From a young age Ciel has always had a thirst for adventure, often getting into trouble. His parents always pre-occupied by things to pay him any mind.
One day he had wandered too far and could not find his way back. His people had an unfortunate way of moving on with or without the lost, and thus he was abandoned in the barren deserts. Ceil was able to do well on his own for the most part, striving on the little magic he knew to help him get by. Unphased by the abandonment, as he is with most things, his attention span always going from one thing to the next. He never stays in one place for long, and does not understand boundaries since his people were open about platonic physical contact.
He's rather dense when it comes to romance, not able to pick up when others truly like him despite his flirty nature. He's a high spirited boy with many curiosities. However, as seemingly open as he comes off as, Ciel is an enigma to those he meets and struggles to allow others to get emotionally close. He is known for pulling people through his magician's gate to show them the wonders of magic, despite this being extremely dangerous.

Traits
- Small dark 'freckle-like' birth mark on right side of lip. (darker than his actual freckles)
- Freckled, even more so during summer months
- Hair is almost always a curly mess and layered to look feathery; keeps it tied back.
- Tattooed back and top of hands
- Despite looking dense and thick, his hair is light and airy with almost a silk to the touch feel.
- His eyebrows are thick and dark
- Has 'monkey' toes which are very flexible and grabby. His second toe on each foot is also slightly longer than the big toes
