The main antagonist of Project: CYBERPUNK [name will definitely be changed when i come up with something better]

The CEO of a massive tech company, The Hare has the city of Neo Cleveland in her iron grasp. she has lobbied many a politician, sealed many a shay deal, and overall treated many a people as cogs in the machine of her corporate empire. Ironically, she prefers to work undercover, keeping her role in the company secretive.

The Hare is arrogant as hell, loud and proud, treating her rise to power as a rags to riches story.
