Aldous is energetic and enjoys exercising, whether playing sports or hunting preys. He is usually quite reclusive, but he appreciates going out every now and then to pass some times with his friends or have a drink. Since he's not able to speak in his zipped form, he uses sign language or his telephone to communicate.

His biggest fear would be to accidentally hurt his friends. He has injured neighbours and passers-by during an intense hunt in the past, and he still loses control of his senses from time to time in his unzipped form. He always hangs out with his friends in his zipped form, even if it means that he won't be able to speak normally. Only a very few of his friends had seen him in his real form, they're are the ones he trusts and respects the most.
