Frankly, no one is quite sure where Rackim's alliances lie. He dresses like a mobster, talks like a mobster, and has enough money to infer that he is definitely a mobster, but he doesn't belong to the Mothia or The Rams. This begs the question- who does he roll with or is he a leader from some far off gang? He doesn't seem keen on answering, instead claiming to be an outsider. He's a Newbreed Hybrid, and that should have gotten him a lot of pain in life... So how did he manage to become so well off...?
He's a total mystery, but in the end, Rackim says he's just here on an extended vacation. He enjoys visiting Song Title when he's looking for company, and it seems that any of the local hustlers and gangsters who try to mess with him regret it quickly enough that word has spread. No one wants to mess with the sunshine looking hybrid. It's for the better, though. He far prefers nice company, nice drinks, and a nice, warm meal. Preferrably, all three at once.

Notes
- He visits near-daily as he thinks Song Title is one of the more entertaining places he's found! He likes the drinks and atmosphere, but prefers the conversation to everything else. He frequents: Shylo, Unknown, Scar, Bennie, Sleaze, Deary, and Love.
- Rackim typically keeps his small wings pinned to his back with bandages- preferring not to acknowledge them at all if possible.
- He rarely opens his eyes and has noted that he is extremely light sensitive.
- While it is impossible to tell what species Rackim may have come from, he claims one of his parents with purely avian, and that is where he inherited his color.
- He speaks another language (later recognized as Jungletongue) with some of the men he can be seen with, and seems more comfortable with it than Forestspeak.
- He is fond of all the hosts at Song Title, and has stated blatantly on several occasions that he is homosexual. He has muttered that any "heirs" will be for the sake of having them if anything, though it's unclear what he means.
- He sometimes takes interest in the affairs of The Mothia and The Rams, but tends to side with Pulsar's decisions- claiming he is mostly here for fun anyway.
- He seems to find some of the customers at Song title Fascinating- and has a particular interest in anyone with wings. He is always curious if anyone with them can truly fly.
