A boss and leader of the very well known group called The Bats eye or better known as the all seeing eye which are known to be one of the biggest vampire hives to this date. Rune has only two goals when running his criminal group - To awaken the vampire god Orpheus and to become immortal himself. It doesnt matter to him which goal he will reach first but he will eventually do it by force or not.
Rune at start wasnt know that well as a criminal since he worked under the shadows but the more time passed on the more he became cockier and sent out his 'cult' to do his bidding and ruin others lives or get anything he needed for himself. Not much is known about his personally as he tends to take up different appearances and cross dress when making contact with anyone going to extent to drink potions to change his species. He also tends to keep his information, home and past in the unknown so nobody can find him to which kingdom is heavily trying to investigate to put the end to the vampires crimes and finally stop him going further.

'Rune'did have a caretaker who took care of him when he was younger who wasn't exactly innocent either being involved in crime heavily and was very manipulating to Rune to make him turn out how he did. She was the founder of his now know group "The bats eye" where they scattered papers with eye symbol on it in their crime scenes before fleeing. Now the mark is seen even used in graffiti becoming something like a myth.
LORD AND SAVIOR
'Rune' being born a immortal vampire species believes he can become more than god. His disappointed seeing other immortal vampires not trying to find a way to become again trully immortal not just having a extended life. His on a quest to become a god with help of his cult who have been brainwashed to think he trully is the next Orpheus of the world. The vampire just wants to cause as much chaos and harm as he can across the world making sure he makes the right connections, choices and items
SO WHAT NOW?
Finally being recognized as a threat 'Rune' continues to seek his goals taking up recently underground drugs to make the funds as he is the founder of the antism which gets rid of the vampires powers temporarly which ironically is being used by the kingdoms on their advantage. Hes also the creator of the blood-rush which does the opposite of antism - which increases vampires blood lust dramatically and makes them almost crazed. It not just gets him funds but also helps as a quick distraction when needed to escape situations
