Arrestra the High

Arrestra the High is Neon's best buddy and is his right-hand claw to his underground business. Sadly, she does like getting high on her own supply, but usually Neon knows. Thanks to her fire and electricity, she is able to heat up certain chemicals and stabilize others.

Arrestra is a mixed Fire/Electric dragoness.
