Sky Bright is Pegasus who has a cold-hearted and always wear hat and scarf. They're apathetic and lethargic in everything. They can speak only in a small voice. They can make snow clouds. They're nocturnaly, sleeping all the daytime on clouds. Mane color is congenital, haven't dyed. When unexpected things happen, they gets panicked.
