Reserved ★ Regal ★ Curious Arlynn is a rare breed of half breed. Her blood is actually more demonic than others around her, as her family has kept it that way for centuries. A quite girl raised in her family's mansion, she rarely got to spend time with others, and grew distant with her family. Fearing for her mental health, her parents brought her to their seaside mansion, hoping the fresh sea air could do her some good. Curious about her new surroundings, she wanders about their private beach and sat and watched the ocean for hours on end. Soon though, she noticed something small floating about in the waves, and went up to investigate it. In the shallow, rough edges of the ocean, she found a small baby shark struggling to braves the waves and swim. Not knowing any better, she tried to pick up the creature, but it's sharp skin scratched her. Though it did help the small shark, as it was able to get a better grasps of the waves and swim properly again. It turned to her and thanked her for the help, and the two became buddies. She visited her new shark friend everyday, and they talked about nothingness. Thinking her better now, her parents told her they would return home soon, and she grew sad. She didn't want to leave her new shark friend, so she set off on finding a way to stay with him. Looking through the large library in the house, she found a book she thought useful, and took it to her friend and told him that she had to leave soon, and wanted to bring him with her. But I can't leave the water, he said, and she told him how the book could make it so he could. So she read through the book and performed a series of spells and chants, and her friend could float through the air as he did the water. The two of them were elated, and quickly she brought her new friend to her parents to tell them. Now a happy, though still somewhat cold young lady, Somber travels everywhere with her friend Marcus the Shark.
