A member of the Virtuous Fighters with hydrokinesis and is an excellent swimmer, even being able to run on water since she is half basilisk. Many often mistake Kaiyo as male at first glance due to her somewhat androgynous appearance and tomboyish personality, which annoys her. Despite this, she is normally very kind, calm, and easy-going. She even owns a windsurf board and loves ocean-life.
