BIO
Dangerous to himself and everyone around him, Akarui is a stalker like nothing else, challenging any authority that could get in the way of his 'life plans', all of which involve one thing, the target of his obsession: Yori Tsuyoku

PERSONALITY
Before Akarui met Yori, he was often seen at the whimpy and scared child, he didn't want to go and meet people, and everyone he tried to meet or befriend, more often or not, flopped straight into the ground. However, this all changed when he discovered Yori, seeing what was possible with her unwittingly quirk removed any sense of humanity and decency from him as he became dangerously obsessed with the fellow student, even to the point where at such a small age, he was distastefully abandoned by his family, sent to a juvenile detention center, and even has had a restraining order placed on him. But all of these are ignored by him as he gets more and more crazed every day to finally get what he wants. It noticeable to state that he has a god complex that he acts on.

QUIRK AND ABILITIES
Akarui's quirk, 'Phoenix Flame', grants him a multitude of features, such as enhanced resistance to fire, pyrokinesis-based powers and a number of fiery feathers that can appear and disappear, depending on how he uses his powers. However, the overuse of his quirk will result in dehydration and malnutrition.

• Fireball: Akarui can launch explosive balls of flames from his palms, providing a boost to ranged combat.
• Blast Jump: If Akarui needs to jump up somewhere, he can run, then shoot his fireball underneath him, alloing him to reach higher areas and traverse environments easier.
• Phoenix Down: Akarui can turn his body into ash and teleport somewhere else as long as he reappears from a fire large enough.

TRIVIA

• It’s easy for others to spot that he’s lying, since he usually scratches the parts where his feathers come up when using his quirk.
• Favourite food is Fish and off-brand Crackers.
