Hanjae is a happy and energetic individual who loves to sing and perform. He's a bit of a himbo, but what he lacks in intelligence he makes up for in sheer enthusiasm. He has a lot of love in his heart and is always striving to do better. Hanjae is happiest when he's with his friends (especially his boyfriend, Minkyu,) or when he's on stage performing.

It's a bit of a miracle that Hanjae and Minkyu's romantic relationship hasn't breached the containment of DOG5HOUSE considering the fact that Hanjae is not always the best at keeping things secret, but he is able to when it counts. He loves Minkyu to death and is constantly doting on him in the comfort of their dorms and when they're just around the other members. He even buys Minkyu merchandise and photocards, and has a plushie of Minkyu that he takes with him when he can't be with the real Minkyu.

Due to how much he cares about his fans and wants to do right by them, Hanjae is always working harder and trying to be the best he can be. He also streams the most out of anyone in DOG5HOUSE, doing a stream once a week or once every two weeks, depending on how busy he is. Hanjae also spends a decent amount of time on fan messaging apps, and occasionally even in fandom spaces on an alt account to know how his fans are feeling. He definitely has his fingers on the pulse of his fandom, which has it's pros and cons. His fans often give him confidence boosts by noticing and appreciating his hard work, but Hanjae is easily affected by hate, and can sometimes get too deep in fandom spaces and get hurt because of it.
