Vanity Affair was aptly named. She is by far the vainest of all my ponies, perhaps in all of Equestria! She loves nothing more than to stare at herself in a mirror for hours on end. And don’t even think about laying a hand on the luscious locks of her shiny silvery grey mane and tail. She is the older sister to Beautiful Surgery, and has her same problem of being split. Vanity has splits at each of her four legs, and at her neck, but just like Beau, she is held together by Alicorn magic. But unlike her younger sister, she uses it to her advantage in her modeling, knowing just how to control how far her body parts separate. There have even been designers making custom pieces to show off her splits. There are even rumors that the glamorous famous designer Rarity has made special pieces just for Vanity Affair!
Vanity goes through Stallions like most mares go through hay! She’s been known to have three different Stallions in one week. But there are always more kissing her hooves at the chance to be with her, even if only for a day.
Even though Vanity has what most mares can only dream of, she’s still not happy or content most of the time. The more she gets the emptier she feels. Sometimes she allows her mind to wander briefly to the subject of her younger sister, but she always quickly banishes those thoughts, and moves on to bigger and better things, trying to fill the void in her life.
