Caoimhe (Kee-Va)

Caoimhe (pronounced "Kee-Va" and meaning was "gentle, beautiful, precious") was born at a time of turmoil for her pack. She was the sole survivor of a litter of five pups. Her mother barely produced enough milk to keep her fed. She was not even named until a year after her birth for fear she would suffer the same fate as her siblings. 

Caoimhe grew strong and lovely. Healthy despite the shortage of food. She is a free spirit. She enjoys long romps in the forest and star watching at night. She loves playing in streams, rolling on grassy hills, and inspecting insects and wildlife. Times have since improved and Caoimhe dreams of finding adventure beyond her home. But her family refuses to let her leave, constantly trying to shelter her from the world outside her territory. 

But fear is not something she was born with and when she meets the devilishly charming Eirnin (pronounced Air-Nin and meaning "iron" or "vigor"), she can't help but wonder what lies beyond home.
