Hailing from Saqur, he was raised in a mob - led by his sire, Arkady - almost entirely composed of other shapeshifters. The gentle giant, Arseniy is the younger brother to the smaller Sasha. He has largely retired from mob work, due to his sensitive nature, but his father still holds out some hope one of his boys will want to inherit.
