DESIGN TOS

-Ownership of the design takes place after the full file of the character is delivered and the payment for said character has been paid off. You do not have owner rights to the character if the payment has not be lncompleted.

-Sibling/clone characters can be made, but they must belong to the person that owns the original design.

-Credit me as the designer on the first drawing you make of the character. Further credit is not needed. If there is not a huge change in the design, you may not credit yourself, or another person as the "designer".

-You may not apply your own selling, trading, or gifting tos onto my designs, to loophole or invalidate my tos.

-Do not copy, steal, clone, or heavily reference my designs, as well as my personal characters. PERIODT.

-Any changes to the designs are fine, they are yours to edit and tweak to your liking. Just keep the design recognizable.

-Do not draw over, trace, or edit the art of the design. If you want any changes on the design, please draw it yourself.

-Harassing owners of my designs will lead to you being on a blacklist. You will not be able to acquire any of my designs.

-The design must not be sold for more than it's worth. This means if you bought the character from me at a certain price, and comes with no extra valued art, you must sell it at that price. If commissions, that you have paid for is added on, you may sell it for what you've paid for. This does not include gift, or personal art you've made yourself. Even if it is drawn by a popular designer, DO NOT BUMP UP THE PRICE BECAUSE YOU'RE "ATTATCHED". That's scalping my designs, and I will take action against you.

-Please inform the buyer or seller of this TOS. It is not my job to track down every person that my designs go to, and inform them about it.

-If you break any of these rules, depending on which one, the character will be revoked.

-Regarding commercial usage. Please, ask before using the character for advertising! I will most likely say yes, but still ask.<3
