Technically the god of the past, as the concept of time was split into two and the future had long died, and now hangs attached at the waist of the other. 

Can send those he wishes back in time, as his sibling could send them forward. 

Sick of humans overall. Waits gleefully for the future they destroyed to consume them whole.
