She's a team player and aim to make sure everyone's abilities are utilized. She sometimes lets praise get to her head and will abandon her sense of cooperation just to gain some more recognition. She comes up with great plans and if one doesn't turn out as planned she's always got a plan "B". She's very goal oriented and doesn't like to leave things unfinished. She may come across as controlling as she thinks things should be handled in a specific way.

she often uses malaphors (an error in which two similar figures of speech are merged, producing an often nonsensical result) ie "you can kill two birds with one stone, but you can't make them drink".
