The Real Identity of Stevie, Davie Star is a long time International Super Spy who goes be the code name of Agent Star.
Davie is in so deep with the system that when he isn't assigned missions, he is living out a leisurely life posing as a feral pet to Terry, the famous Drag Queen. Terry does not know Davie's true identity or real life, and as much as it aches Davie to keep it from him he has no choice but to keep up the dumb dog persona he's been directed to maintain.
Those at the Agency who aren't the Director or Head Mission Specialists have no knowledge of who Davie really is, only rumors that a head super spy is among them given the nickname "Star". While the other Agents have never seen him, they'd be surprised to know that many of the Mission Narration Recordings are voiced by him, as well as Tech Specialist Eiji who has also not seen or met Davie but knows his name.
As fantastic of a spy as Davie is, his services are only assigned to the most heavily of top secret missions that are no doubt dangerous and extremely serious. Many of these missions pertain to when there has been a breach in the system, or if there is suspicion that a double agent is among the Agency.
