Vespre is a loud, proud, and fierce voice for Pakkeli born in Fidelio who are sick and tired of the prejudices they face outside of the crime capital.

She does grafitti murals.  Some of them art pure art, requested by establishments.  Others are pieces meant to make the people of Kotiin think and convey a message.  

When she isn't doing this, she is a proud bassist in Naenia's band, and sometimes will do backup vocals as well.
