Wow, Richter's a very cute dragon. You probably had a lot of Castlevania-related inspiration at play here.

Originally the only Castlevania inspiration was simply the name, but then I was able to get some free art of him in a stream, and figured hey instead of sitting here getting the exact outfit right and slowing the stream down, why not just have some fun and give him Richter's look?~
