Two scouts who were respawned at nearly the same time, but a malfunction caused an accident which fused the two scouts together, considering them "conjoined twins".
They reside in a medical bay with the medic that has offered them sanctuary. They have hardly left the medical bay and do not like any sort of attention drawn to them, least they get found out.
Their saviour, or doctor, has claimed that they have every right to live as the others do and will not let anything happen to them, saying he will fight for their rights to live if someone tried to kill his two "sons". They are thankful for his protection and medical help.

Connected at the collar, they each have their own set of hearts and stomachs. They share a central lung between the hearts, otherwise, have their own lung on either side.
They share a reproductive system, intestines, and bladder.
Each side is capable of their own thoughts and feelings, each also has their own preferences.

One can get sick and the other can be healthy. But the sickness can and will spread to the other half. If one dies, the other will suffer the effects of necrosis unless separated.
One can have allergies and the other not, but whatever they ingest will affect the other who has said allergy.
