Feather is a slugcat created to watch over the ecosystem of Rain World, making sure it is in balance. However, it isnt always very good at its job, and its judgement is often misplaced.
Instead of fur or smooth skin, this slugcat is covered in feathers and it can sprout wings anywhere on its body. These wings have no limit and can often completely cover it. (Think biblically accurate angel but scug)
It can produce winged spears from its own feathers at the cost of one food pip. When thrown, these spears can glide through the air, making it easier to hit targets than with regular spears.
