History:
The TU Series of Android were build for a single purpose: To assist within higher importance police operations where force was usually necessary, such as drug busts and later raids on deviant safe-houses. 

'Richter' was such a model, and one who has managed to be successfully implemented into the SWAT teams he has been assigned to. The first of which, yes, they had heavy doubts, but as time moved on, so did these doubts, and by the time they went onto their first raid, the android was treated just like a new recruit. 

The first raid was already a challenge: Red Ice Production Drug Bust, only casualties were criminals who refused to surrender peacefully. There was, however, one fatality as Richter shot and killed a gunmen who could've been mere milliseconds away from killing a fellow squad member. Thanks to Richter, they're still alive and perfectly fine, though they are reported of having much higher respect for the android after reviewing the recording of what happened. 

Nowdays, Richter is still within the police's rotation of SWAT officers, and is often well regarded and respected for an android.

Personality:
Richter can be described as honest, formal and pretty good at mingling and becoming friends, namely due to his adaptive programming. It's well documented the amount of times he has 'absorbed' mannerisms, habits and thinking patterns, then used them in order to work effectively with people, namely assigned team members. When asked, most of the teams that have worked with him for over three weeks would happily work with him further, despite knowing that he is an android.

Likes
-Getting to know newer human officers, he sees it as testing out his hardware with people he hasn't met before.
-Getting praised, he claims that regular praise will 'increase his efficiency'... In real fact, he just likes being praised because it feels nice.
-Drinking with people, he occasionally go out drinking with his fellow officers. This is allowed under the guise of him getting to know his team better.

Dislikes
-Lizards, do NOT show him a lizard, it's a glitch in his programming, but he has a habit of freaking out like crazy if he sees a lizard, even tiny ones.
-Getting shot, for pretty obvious reasons. Luckily, he can be repaired easily.
-Motorbikes, he sees them as being too dangerous for most people to use, with how exposed they are and how fast they are.
